Parking is easy! Enjoy free 2-hour street parking. Have a longer appointment? There are several nearby lots that range from $6–$8 per day. There is also metered parking nearby on Green Street.

Onyx on Madison accepts cash and all major credit cards. Some stylists also accept Venmo and/or Zelle—just ask! Cash gratuity is deeply appreciated and preferred by our artists.

We love our four-legged guests! Well-behaved pets are always welcome to join you during your visit.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled less than (24) hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

At Onyx on Madison, every service is designed with intention, care, and attention to detail. Your experience—and how you feel when you leave our space—matters deeply to us. Because each appointment is reserved exclusively for you and tailored to your individual goals, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. That said, we always want you to feel confident in your results. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please let us know within seven (7) days of your visit, and we'd be happy to arrange a complimentary adjustment with your original Stylist. We truly want you to love your experience and your results with us. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please let us know—we’re always happy to help. For retail products, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided items are gently used and in their original packaging.
